Welcome to the SAVR-S Website
The SAVR-S has been specifically developed and validated to screen consumers of vocational rehabilitation services for problems related to substance use. You can access the training resources for this project at www.myvrtraining.com

This website will allow you to register to access and administer the instrument.Take a moment to register to establish your personal account. You will be assigned an ID number that must be written on every SAVR-S you administer. Putting the number on the form ensures you will receive your customers’ reports and in the manner you specify - email or fax.

Once you have established your account, you will be able to download the SAVR-S and instructions in PDF format. Then you are ready to use it in your next intake, counseling session or meeting with a customer. You can return to the site at any time to print out more copies.
